In view of the implementation of the Act of August 30, 2019, amending the Code of Commercial Companies Act and selected other acts (Dz. U. / Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1798), Curtis Health Caps S.A., with its registered office in Wysogotowo, at Batorowska 52, 62-081 Wysogotowo, Przeźmierowo, listed in the register of business entities of the National Court Register, held by District Court for Poznań – Nowe Miasto i Wilda in Poznań, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, KRS no. 0000871229 (the “Company”), hereby requests the Company’s sole shareholder, i.e. Mountplace Trading & Investments Limited, to return the Company’s share certificates.
Share certificates should be sent to the Company’s registered office: Batorowska 52, 62-081 Wysogotowo, Przeźmierowo.
The return of the share certificates will be confirmed by the Company in writing.
Pursuant to the newly-implemented regulations, the validity of the share certificates issued by the Company expires by operation of law as at March 01, 2021
