We know how important integration is in the workplace, which is why since 2017 the Work Integration Team has been very active. It deals with integration between employees and the equally important issue of employee integration with the company.

So what are we doing?

We celebrate occasional days

We celebrate Christmas and Easter

We organize vegetable and fruit days

We invite employees for integration events

We actively participate in charity activities

We organize competitions for employees

We engage in sporting events

We realize that specifying positive relations in the company affects not only the atmosphere at work, but also increases employee motivation, creates relationships based on mutual assistance, friendship and responsibility for a common goal. The positive reception of employees motivates the team to further action.
